In the year 2007, Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, a supposed artist, seized a dog left of the street, tied it to a short rope in the wall of a gallery of art and left it there in order to show the people how it was dying slowly of hunger and thirst.
For several days, both the author of similar cruelty and the visitors of the gallery of art attended impassive the agony of the poor animal, until it finally died of starvation, surely after passing for a painful, absurd and incomprehensible calvary.
And that's not all: the prestigious Central American Biennial show of Art decided, incomprehensibly, that the barbarity that had just committed this subject was art, and thus so incomprehensible Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been a guest to repeating his cruel exposition in the above mentioned Biennial show in 2008.
WE HAVE TO PREVENT THIS!!!
